Parviz`s mother Tolihon Bobieva in her speech thanked the President for the fact that the authorities have helped Parviz to return home, and that despite the fact that he has committed crime, he was amnestied.
“Young people must know and understand that not everyone will be able to go back home from there. There will not just let you go. So think carefully, and do not succumb to all sorts of ideas and do not torment yourselves and your parents, “- said the mother of Parviz to the gathered youth.
