DUSHANBE, February 5, Asia-Plus — A mild tremor measuring 2.0-3.0 on a 12-point scale jolted Dushanbe today morning, at around 1:12 a.m., according to the Dushanbe seismological station.
The source at the Dushanbe seismological station said that the quake, centered on the Tajik-Afghan border some 270 kilometers southeast of Dushanbe, could be felt in had been felt in other regions of the country as well. No damage or injured was reported, according to the source.
In the epicenter, tremor’s magnitude was 3.0-4.0 on the 12-point scale, the Dushanbe seismological station said.
