Tajik MFA: No Tajik nationals suffer in Kyrgyzstan clashes

DUSHANBE, April 8, Asia-Plus  — No Tajik nationals have suffered in Kyrgyzstan clashes, Davlat Nazriyev, the head of the MFA information department, told Asia-Plus today.

According to him, the Tajik Embassy in Dushanbe is informing the country’s MFA of the latest developments in Kyrgyzstan.  “The Tajik Embassy in Bishkek functions in a normal regime, the MFA spokesman added.

“The MFA will closely watch the situation in Kyrgyzstan,” said Nazriyev, “We hope the situation in the neighboring country will be normalized soon.”
