Russian Embassy in Dushanbe supports professional development of local Russian language teachers

DUSHANBE, October 21, 2013, Asia-Plus — Refresher course for Russian language teachers working with secondary schools in Tajikistan opened in Dushanbe today.

The first 30 Russian language teachers from districts subordinate to the center as well as Sughd and Khatlon provinces are taking the refresher course that has opened at Russian-Tajik Slavic University (RTSU) in Dushanbe under financial support of the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe.

According to the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe, the refresher course will last until November 1.  A source at the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe noted that they plan to organize one more similar refresher course before the end of this year.
