DUSHANBE, October 15 2012, Asia-Plus — A beheaded body found in Moscow in early October has been identified as 24-year-old resident of the Panj district in Khatlon province, Akhtamsho Sharipov.
According to the Tajik migration service agency’s office in Moscow, Moscow resident Aleksey Suvorov, 28, was detained on suspicion of having committed that brutal murder.
Investigative Committee’s department for Moscow’s Babushinskiy district has launched investigation into the murder.
“Criminal proceedings have been instituted under the provisions of Article 105 (1) of Russia’s Penal Code – murder,” the source said, noting that the Tajik Embassy in Moscow has taken the investigation under its control.
