Rolling blackouts have been resumed in some areas of Tajik capital and twelve streets and seven neighborhoods in Dushanbe will be left without electricity for seven hours today in connection with routine maintenance work on power stations in these areas, according to the Dushanbe electricity supply network.
“Today, electricity supply will be cut off to Anzob, Telman, Sakhbo, Krupskaya, Huseinzoda, N. Muhammad, Repin, Adhamov, Mayakovski, Bobo Hamdam, Asadullo Ghulomov and Rahmon Nabiuyev streets from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in connection with routine maintenance work,” an official source at the Dushanbe electricity supply network told Asia-Plus in an interview.
“Besides, electricity supply will be cut off to Kharangon, Dahana, Jangalak, Khujanbiyoi Bolo, Khuanbiyoi Poyon, Qazoqon and Zafar neighborhoods,” the source added.
