Designs of nine new hotels presented in Tajik capital yesterday

Designs of nine new hotels that will be built in Dushanbe were presented yesterday.  The presentation that was given at the Kokhi Millat (Palace of Nation — the official residence of the President of Tajikistan) yesterday was attended by President Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali.

Nine hotels with a total number of 630 guest rooms to accommodate more than 1,000 visitors are expected to be built in the Tajik capital in the coming two years.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, a group of local generous entrepreneurs have taken an initiative to build modern hotels in the capital city for the purpose of celebrating with dignity the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan’s Independence in 2021.

All these, three-, four- and five-star hotels will be constructed by domestic private construction companies.

Thus, Rushdi Osiyo Ltd is building “Diplomat” Hotel on Bokhtar Street, Elitstroyservis Ltd is constructing a five-star hotel on Ayni Avenue, and Sebiston 2018 Ltd is constructing Grand Roudaki Tower on Roudaki Avenue.
