Second congress of Tajik dentists opens in Dushanbe today

DUSHANBE, June 8, 2009, Asia-Plus — The second congress of stomatologists of Tajikistan began at the Kokhi Vahdat State Complex in Dushanbe today.

According to Ms. Fotima Yoqubova, a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health (MoH), a two-day congress was organized by the Association of Stomatologists of Tajikistan, Tajikistan’s largest dental clinics under financial support of support Colgate, limited liability company Sino-Pharma (Tajikistan) and Foshan Roson Medical Instrument Сo. Ltd. (China).

The congress has brought together more than 500 delegates as well as experts from Italy, Germany, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and other CIS states to discuss issues related to development of stomatology in Tajikistan.

The second international dentistry exhibition as well as master-classes on non canal treatment, reconstruction of ceramic-metal and implantology will be held on sidelines of the congress, the spokeswoman said.
