, April 25, Asia-Plus — A resident of the Tursunzoda district has been detained on suspicion of having been involved in drug trafficking.
According to information from
Tajikistan
’s Drug Control Agency, he was detained in Tursunzoda on Monday [April 24]. 1.30 kilograms of heroin were confiscated fro him.
The detained drug trafficker is suspected of transporting drugs to the Uzbek region of Surkhandarya, according to the DCA source.
