Long-term construction, discrepancy in the objects of the design-budget documentation and postponement of the dates – the main reasons of increase of the prices of 100 schools and 100 hospitals program. Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Erbol Orynbaev, informed today during the selector government meeting, the agency reports.
“The main reason for increase of the prices is changing the design-budget documentation. When the money has been planned, the corresponding documents were not fully developed and during the course of construction they have to be changed”, Vice Prime Minister informed.
