DUSHANBE, March 2, 2010, Asia-Plus — A student from one of Dushanbe universities has been detained on suspicion of having been involved in drug pushing.
According to the Drug Control Agency (DCA) press service, the 20-year-old student from one of Dushanbe universities was detained by drug control officers today. A package containing narcotic drug that was tested positive to heroin weighing more than one kilogram was confiscated from him.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the detained drug pusher and an investigation is under way.
