DUSHANBE, February 11, 2016, Asia-Plus – Russia will open pilot trading houses in Tajikistan, China, Vietnam, Iran and Argentina in mid-2016, Ms. Maria Zazulinskaya, project manager at the Russian Export Center, was quoted as saying by Russian news agency

According to her, trading houses will provide services for Russian actual or potential exporters in the field of logistics, provision of warehouse and office areas, arrangement of exhibitions and negotiations and legal support.
We will recall that the Russian Export Center initiated setup of trading houses abroad in cooperation with Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development from December 2015. The Ministry of Economic Development has selected 10 countries where Russian Export Center offices will be set up based on trade representations.
The Center is reportedly already working on seven projects amounting to over 90 billion rubles.
The Russian Export Center is a joint-stock company established as part of Vnesheconomcbank
. It offers a specialized one-stop-shop for exporters, providing financial and non-financial support, and interacting with relevant ministries and agencies.
The establishment of the center was mandated by the Russian government, with the decision to institute the company taken by Vnesheconombank’s Supervisory Board on April 13, 2015.
The centre was officially registered as a fully owned subsidiary of Vnesheconombank April 21, 2015.
