DUSHANBE, February 17, 2016, Asia-Plus – A number of senior officials of the Interior Ministry have been shaken up, according to the Interior Ministry’s website.
Major-General Mustafo Rustamzoda, who had previously served as chief of the Interior Ministry Public Order Maintenance Department, was appointed to head the Interior Ministry Department for Combating Drug Trafficking, replacing Colonel Rustam Miralizoda.
Colonel Rustam Miralizoda was appointed Tajikistan’s representative to the Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Centre for Combating Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors (CARICC).
Colonel Hukumatullo Zikrullo was appointed to head the Interior Ministry Public Order Maintenance Department.
