On the occasion of Police Day, four police officials have been given military rank of major-general.
By presidents decrees the Interior Ministry Criminal Investigation Department head Qudratullo Nazarzoda, Police Academy chief Fayzullo Sharifzoda, Dushanbe Police Department chief Foteh Qunghurotzoda and representative of Tajikistan’s Interior Ministry to the Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Centre for Combating Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors (CARICC) Rustam Miralizoda were given the military rank of major-general.
