Tajik President Emomali Rahmon has officially declared 2017 the Year of Youth in Tajikistan.
According to the Tajik president’s official website, Rahmon signed a decree on this subject at the end of last week.
The president ordered President’s Executive Office to work out the plan of events for implementation of his decree within a month.
