A three-day international exhibition, dubbed “Tajikistan-2017”, kicked off at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex in Dushanbe today.
Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Uzbekistan and some other countries are participating in the exhibition.
Companies from these countries have put on display their achievements in energy, mechanical engineering, transport, agriculture, light and food industries, medicine, and tourism at the fair that will run through July 29.
A business forum that will bring together entrepreneurs from Tajikistan, Belarus and Afghanistan will take place on the sidelines of the exhibition.
Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) says the main objective of the exhibition is in promoting further expansion of trade and economic cooperation with friendly countries and improvement of Tajikistan’s export potential.
