In connection with repairs on water supply system some areas of Dushanbe will be left without drinking water for a day within the next few days, according to the Dushanbe administration.
From 23:00 of September 27 to 24:00 of September 28 water supply will be cut off in Dushanbe’s Firdavsi district (Qahhorov, Mirali, Mushfiqi, Sohili, Nemat Qaraboyev and Shestopalov streets as well as neighborhoods ## 23, 24, Ravshangaron, Darvaz, Yakkachinar and Dushanbe combined heat and power plant).
On the same day, water supply will be cut off to following areas in Dushanbe’s Ismoili Somoni district: Shafaq, Soatov, Amirshoyev, Zakhmatobod, Sahbo, Rahimov, Anzob, Guliston, Zainab-Bibi, Khayom, Sari-Osiyo, Pulod-Tolis, Gagarin, Surkhob, Mehnat, Karamov and Shevchenko streets as well as Roudaki Avenue – from intersection with Khayom Street to intersection with S-Ghani Street.
Besides, several streets in Dushanbe-s Shohmansour district will be left without drinking water from 23:00 of September 27 to 24:00 of September 28: Istaravshan, Ahmadi-Donish, Drizhba-Narodov, Academicians-Rajabovs, and Sadriddin-Ayni streets.
Dushanbe’s neighborhoods ## 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 15A, 31, 82, 91,92, 101, 102, 112, Zarafshon-1 and Zarafshon-2, Qazoqon-2, Ispechak-1 and Ispechak-2, as well as Muhandis, Navobodi Bolo, Navobodi Poyon, Mehrobod, Panjroud, Louchob, Buni Hisorak, Movarounnahr, Kamongaron, Khayoti Nav, Shishkhona, Qariyai Mirshikor and Bobo Hamdam areas will also be left without drinking water from 23:00 of September 27 to 24:00 of September 28.
In another part of the city water supply will be cut off from 23:00 of October 27 to 24:00 of October 28. During this period the following areas will be left without drinking water: Sharaf, Al-Beruni, Mirzo-Trusunzoda, S-Nosir, Shotemur, Ghani-Abdullo, Sportivnaya, Shevchenko, M-Kholov, L-Sherali, Azizbekov, Shahobov, Tolstoy, Abdullo-Komandir, Pushkin, and Tehran streets as wells as Roudaki Street (from intersection with Bukhoro Street to intersection with S-Ghani Street) and Ismoili Somoni Avenue.
From 23:00 of October 4 to 24:00 of October 5 water supply will be cut off to Gulbuta, Nazarshoyev, Navrouz, Afzali, Fuchik, Borbad, Karine-Mane, Zafar and Marifat streets, as well as Roudaki Avenue (from Dushanbe Hotel to rail station) and neighborhoods ## 61, 63, 64, 65, 191 and 192.
Neighborhoods ## 43, 64, 65, 32, 33, 52, 53, 83, 84, 103 and 104 as well as Firdavsi, Mehnatobod, Saulaimon, Turgenev, Yusuf-Vaf, Rahmon-Nabiyev and Khanzhin streets will be left without drinking water from 23:00 of October 11 to 24:00 of October 12.
Dushanbe mayor orders heads of Dushanbe’s districts and Dusnabevodokanal (DVK – municipal waterworks) to provide supply of water by water-carriers.
