Outgoing Uzbek ambassador bids farewell to Tajik foreign minister

Outgoing Uzbek Ambassador to Tajikistan Shokasym Shoislamov conferred here with Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Aslov on February 9 at the end of his tenure to the Republic of Tajikistan. 

In the course of the talks, Aslov and Shoislamov discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan as well as a number of other issues being of mutual interest, according to the Tajik MFA information department.  

Tajik foreign minister reportedly expressed gratitude to Shoislamov for his contribution to expansion of cooperation between Tajikistan and wished him every success in the future.
