The Unified Council for Defending Candidate and Doctoral Theses on “General Pedagogy” (specialty code: 13.00.01) and “Methods of Teaching Native Language and Russian” (specialty code: 13.00.02) has been set up in Tajikistan.
The chairperson of this Unified Council, Professor Irina Karimova, says the establishment of the Unified Council on the mentioned specialties has been approved by the Ministry of education and Science of the Russian Federation.
According to her, candidate and doctoral theses defended at the Council will be recognized by Russia’s Higher Attestation Commission (a national government agency in Russia that oversees awarding of advanced academic degrees).
