The government has taken measures to support development of the real sector of economy and simplify rules of regulating the entrepreneurial activity, Hamralizoda stressed, according to the GosKomInvest press center.

He reportedly outlined sectors like energy, mining, agriculture, tourism and transportations as areas which could drive the bilateral trade between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia.

Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2g) meetings reportedly took place on the sidelines of the event.

A similar joint investment forum took place in Khujand, the capital of the Tajik northern province of Sughd, on May 9.
