By president’s decree, base wage rates of the staff of institutions and organizations, which are funded from the state budget, as well as pensions and allowances [scholarships] for students will be raised by 15 percent from September 1, 2018.
Wages for special military ranks, servicemen and the staff of the power-wielding agencies are to be raised by 10 percent from September 1, 2018.
The minimum rate of the public old-age pension and the base pension will be raised by 15.4 percent and the maximum rate of the work-elated pension will be raised by 13.6 percent from September 1 this year and will be set 180 and 850 somoni, respectively.
