The State Committee on Investments and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest) will put some buildings and facilities of the Obi Garm Health Center on auction.
According to the website of the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) on Organization of Sale of State-Owned Properties, the auction will take place on November 2 and the starting price is set at 500,000 somoni.
The Obi Garm (Hot Water) Health Center is located in Roghun district, some 100 kilometer to the east of Dushanbe, along the left bank of Obi Elok River. This area has a Warm Summer Continental Climate and experiences wet and cold winters with dry cool summers.
The study of Obi Garm hot springs began in 1931. The temperature of the Obi Garm hot springs is 40°C-48°C
