A student of Tajik Medical University has been fined for foul words. He has cussed a woman out. She has recorded him on phone video and posted on Facebook.
A 33-year-old resident of Dushanbe has applied to the local police department through social networking asking to bring to justice a young man who cussed her out in public.
The sixth year student of Tajik Medical University Khumaini Mahmadjonov has been detained and witnesses and the woman have identified the foul-mouthed man.
By ruling handed down by a court in Dushanbe’s Firdavsi district Khumaini Mahmadjonov has been fined 385 somoni.
