The first connecting Eurasia dialogue expected to take place in Brussels this week

The First Connecting Eurasia Dialogue – from the Atlantic to the Pacific is expected to be held in Brussels on March 15. 

According to Roscongress Foundation, the forum will have the following key discussion themes: ‘many strategies, one goal; sustainable connectivity and dialogue on standards; and connecting Eurasia in practice.

The event is organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Italian Conoscere Eurasia Association in cooperation with the Association of European Businesses and the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. High-ranking officials from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Eurasian Economic Commission, as well as representatives from a number of countries and organizations and top managers of Europe’s and Asia’s leading companies are expected to participate.

The meeting in Brussels is expected to make a contribution to solving specific issues – including technical and regulatory ones – of cooperation in the Eurasian space between the European Union and EAEU. Cooperation of Greater-Eurasian countries will also be the main subject of the annual – this year the 12th – Eurasian Economic Forum in Verona.  It is also organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Conoscere Eurasia Association.  This year, the Forum will be held from October 24–25.

The events under the common theme ‘From Lisbon to Vladivostok’ traditionally take place during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which will be held from June 6–8 this year.
