A thirteen-year-old teen from Dushanbe Iskandar Safarov was driving Lexus-250 (number plate 4004 HY 01) that hit Lexus (number plate 1005 EC 01) that was parked on the side of the road, according to the Interior Ministry’s website.
The accident reportedly took place in the morning of July 18, at 8:30 am not far from the Sino Hotel on the Shevchenko Street.
Two young men who were standing on a pedestrian near the parked Lexus sustained serious injuries and were hospitalized, the Interior Ministry’s website said.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted and an investigation is under way.
