Sabrina wins second silver in U-14 rapid at the 2019 Western Asia Junior Chess Championships

Tajik girl Sabrina Abrorova has won the second silver for Tajikistan in the under-14 rapid at the 2019 Western Asia Junior Chess Championship that was held in the Indian capital of New Delhi, according to Tajikistan’s Chess Federation.

This time, she won silver in the standard chess format.  Recall, Sabrina won the first silver in the under-14 rapid.  

There are eight age categories for open (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20) and girls and 336 player from ten countries are taking part in this grant event, which has all the three format of the game – standard chess, rapid and blitz.  The event started on September 4 and is concluding today.

Today evening, the blitz tournament will be held.
