Two streets and two neighborhood units of Tajik capital will be left without electricity for several hours today

Rolling blackouts have been resumed in some areas of Dushanbe’s Sino district in connection with routine maintenance work on power stations in these areas, according to the Dushanbe electricity supply network.

“Today, electricity supply will be cut off to Zafar and Ispechak streets  in the Sino district from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in connection with routine maintenance work,” said an official source at the Dushanbe electricity supply network,” an official source at the Dushanbe electricity supply network noted.

“Besides, electricity supply will be cut off to Luchobi Poyon and Luchobi Bolo neighborhood units in the Sino district,” the source added.  

The practice of rolling blackouts in Dushanbe was suspended in November last year and resumed in March this year.
