According to official data from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population, 83 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in Tajikistan over the past day, bring a total number of the confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country to 4,013 as of June 1, 2020.
No coronavirus-linked deaths have been reported over the past day, the single national portal on the new coronavirus issues says.
The number of COVID-19-related death remains the same in Tajikistan – 47.
85 patients have reportedly recovered over the past day. As of June 1, 2,089 patients have recovered.
1,814 people are reportedly at hospitals under the supervision of doctors.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population says 7,600 doctors and 25,000 nurses now work with 85 hospitals in Tajikistan.
Besides, 7,600 doctors and more than 24,000 nurses reportedly provide medical care in primary health care facilities.
