Observers from the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly will monitor the presidential elections in Tajikistan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan invited international observers from the IPA CIS to participate in monitoring the preparation and conduct of the presidential elections in the republic.

In the near future, the composition of the monitoring group will be determined from among representatives of parliaments – participants of the IPA CIS, employees of the Secretariat of the IPA CIS Council and experts, which will take part in the observation of the elections, the press service of the IPA CIS reports..

On September 15, the presidential candidates launched an election campaign.

Presidential elections in Tajikistan scheduled for October 11.
