Representative Tajik-Uzbek business forum will be held in Dushanbe

The Prime Ministers of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda and Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov are expected to attend the forum.

More than 700 representatives of the business community of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are expected to participate in the business forum to be held in Dushanbe on September 29, a source in the economic block of the Tajik government said.

Entrepreneurs of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will discuss the implementation of joint projects in the fields of industry, trade, tourism.

Last year, following the results of the Tajik-Uzbek business forum in Dushanbe, 16 documents were signed that provided for multimillion-dollar agreements on the export and import of goods and services.

The source expressed confidence that multimillion-dollar contracts will also be signed following the results of the current business forum.
