Three, including two children, killed in Vahdat traffic accident

Three persons, including two children, were killed on November 8 as two cars collided in an area subordinate to Vahdat Township, according to the Interior Ministry’s website.

The accident reportedly took place at about 4:30 pm on the 25th kilometer of the Dushanbe-Kulob highway.   

A 35-year-old resident of Vahdat Township Bahrom Zikrilloyev appeared to lose control of his Opel-Vectra and it went into oncoming traffic and collided with Toyota-Prado driven by a 36-year-old resident of Hamadoni district (Khatlon province) Avaz Mahsiddinov.  

As a result of the collision, Bahrom Zikrilloyev and his 2-year-old niece Nigina Zikrilloyeva and his 4-year-old nephew Azamat Zikrilloyev died on the spot.  

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
