After this success, the Dushanbe club, gaining 42 points, broke away from its closest pursuer, Khujand, by ten points, the press service of the Football Federation of Tajikistan reports.
Meanwhile, after nine played rounds of the professional futsal league of Tajikistan-2021, Khujand “Sipar” and Dushanbe “Soro Company”, gaining 22 points each, share the leadership in the standings. These teams secured their way to the semifinals of the championship ahead of schedule.
In the penultimate round of the second round of the championship, “Soro Company” won an away victory over “Poytakht” with a score of 7:1, and Pamir beat local Samandar in Tursunzade – 5:3.
This week, the first stage of Formula55, the professional futsal league of Tajikistan-2021, will end, according to the results of which the quarterfinal pairs will be determined. “Sipar” and “Soro Company” have already secured a place in the semi-finals of the futsal league.
According to the regulations of the championship, the teams that took 3rd-6th places in two rounds will play in the quarter-finals to determine two more participants in the semi-finals of the league. The quarterfinals will be held from a series of up to two wins of one of the teams. Then the semi-final matches are scheduled, which will consist of a two-wins format.
The winners of the semi-finals will play in the final, and the losing teams will compete for bronze medals.
