Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he should go to self-isolation due to cases of covid in his environment, reports TASS with reference to the Kremlin.
Due to the need to go into self-isolation, he will take part in the CSTO and SCO summits via videoconference.
His official visit to Dushanbe was scheduled for tomorrow, September 15.
