First women’s multifunctional sports complex launched in Tajikistan

Tajikistan’s first women’s multifunctional sports complex 55 GYM LADIES has bene launched in Dushanbe.

This complex is a part of the first national chain of sports complexes 55 GYM.  

55GYM top managers say that while creating an exclusive sports complex for women they have considered all factors to ensure psychological comfort in order to avoid the embarrassment that comes when a woman is forced to share a gym with a male.

The new sports complex is provided with state-of-the-art equipment and staffed by professional, all-female specialists.

The new sports complex offers a wide range of services for visitors.  It has gyms for general fitness and group classes as well as children's gym.

There are also a massage parlor and an EMS studio in the complex.

Emergency Medical Services, more commonly known as EMS, is a system that provides emergency medical care.  Once it is activated by an incident that causes serious illness or injury, the focus of EMS is emergency medical care of the patients.
