INVITATION TO BID Republic of Tajikistan Supply of spare parts for crushing plant OJSC Pamir Energy

Pamir Energy Company (PEC) is announcing open tender for supply of spare parts for crushing plant to all potential Suppliers.

The Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the procurement procedures and policies of the Pamir Energy Company and is open to all Bidders.

1.      Interested qualified Bidders may obtain the further information from the office of Pamir Energy, Regional Project Implementation Unit (RPIU).

  1. The sealed Bid documents must be delivered to any of the addresses below in English or Russian languages no later May 10th, 2022 14:00 Dushanbe time. An electronic bid may be submitted by a bidder to the email addresses below. The electronic proposal must be password protected. The password is provided to the Bidder within 15 minutes of opening the tender proposals. Applications submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to appear in person at the address below at 15:00 Dushanbe time on May 10, 2022.
  2. The Goods should be delivered on CIP Khorog, Tajikistan (in accordance with INCOTERMS-2020)
  3. The tender document should include the following information:

o   Bidding form;

  • Charter or other founding document of the company;
  • Documents confirming the status of  a taxpayer
  • Commercial offer;

o   Competitive Bid price (Pamir Energy Company is exempt from VAT; therefore, the bidders’ quotations shall not  indicate the cost of VAT );

o   Payment terms;

o   Delivery period;

o   Bid validity day;

  • Information of Company experience in providing of similar services;
  • Signing of form Declaration of Undertaking

 

Pamir Energy has the right to accept all or part of the bids at its sole discretion.
