Rahmon shakes up officials

On Friday June 10, President Emomali Rahmon, who is also Head of the Government, introduced a number of staff changes. 

By president’s decree Dilshod Safarzoda, who had previously worked with Tajik Aero Navigation, was appointed to head the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of Tajikistan. 

Jabbor Nosirzoda was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture

Sorbon Kholmuhammadzoda was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources.

Manouchehr Safarzoda was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources.

By president’s instruction Kabir Jourazoda was relieved of his post of Adviser at Presidential Aide’s office.  

By president’s decree Abduqodir Valizoda, who was relieved of his post of mayor of Kulob in November last year, was appointed acting chairperson of Shahrinva district, replacing Jabbor Nosirzoda. 

By government’s decree Ahliddin Ibodullozoda, who had previously served as Director of the National Museum of Tajikistan, was appointed Rector of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni, replacing Numonjon Ghaffori.  

Dilshod Rahmanbek was appointed Rector of the Kulob University, replacing Abdusalom Miralizoda.  

Ramazon Odinazoda was appointed Director of the International Programs Unit, replacing Ismatullo Shodiyon.  

Ilhom Qodiriyon was appointed Director the Presidential School for Talented Children in Kushoniyon district, Khatlon province, replacing Orif Alimardonzoda. 

Abdulvosit Shodiniyon was appointed First Deputy Director of the National Testing Center under the President of Tajikistan.

Uktam Olimjonzoda was appointed Deputy Director of the National Testing Center under the President of Tajikistan.
