Tajikistan took second place at the World Karate Championship

The national team of Tajikistan won a silver medal in the team competition of the World Karate Championship WKC, which was held in the city of Cheboksary (Russia).

Bedil Kodirzoda, Abdulochon Gulov and Abdulmatini Khidoyatullo performed in the national team of Tajikistan.

In the capital of the Chuvash Republic – Cheboksary, on August 19-22, the XIV World Championship among cadets, juniors, adults and the World Cup among children of the World Karate Confederation took place (WKC).

829 representatives from 14 countries and territories of Europe, Asia and Africa took part in the competition: Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Zimbabwe, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russia (the largest team was represented by 21 regions), Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Japan.
