Central roads to be closed to traffic for two days in Dushanbe

In the center of Dushanbe on September 7-8, several roads will be closed to traffic in the evening, the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan reports.

From 17:00 to 22:00, traffic will be limited along the streets and avenues of the capital – Rudaki, Ismoili Somoni, Khofiz Sherozi and S. Nosir.

«Restriction of traffic on the streets and avenues of the capital is introduced in connection with the celebration of the 31st anniversary of the country's independence. Cultural and entertainment programs will be held these days», – the State traffic inspectorate notes.

At the same time, it is not reported at what interval of these avenues traffic will be limited..

Also in the message of the republican traffic police it is noted that during this period the entry of vehicles from other regions to Dushanbe will be limited.
