Tajik sambo wrestler Akmaliddin Karimov in the weight category up to 58 kg became the winner of the Sambo World Cup – A. Kharlampiev Memorial-2022 in Russia.
On September 10 and 11, the prestigious international tournament "Cup for the Founders of Sambo" (formerly the A. Kharlampiev Memorial, renamed in 2022), which has the unofficial status of the World Championship, was held on the carpets of the Moscow Martial Arts Center.
