There was a fire in School No 71, which is located in Dushanbe’s Shohmansour district.
The press center of the Dushanbe Main Police Directorate says the fire broke out in the school yesterday night, at around 10:15 pm.
16 fire-engines and 18 water tanker trucks have reportedly been involved in fire-fighting.
The area of the fire was 1500 square meters, according to the Dushanbe Main Police Directorate.
According to the preliminary data, the fire was caused by electrical malfunction in the air conditioner in the school’s conference room on the second floor.
