On Thursday May 2, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, received the U.S. Ambassador to Tajikistan, Manuel Micaller.
The Tajik MFA information department says the parties reviewed current issues of bilateral relations and highly appreciated the level and content of multifaceted cooperation in the spirit of friendship and long-term partnership.
They, in particular, focused on the topic of strengthening political dialogue and regional security and stability, developing cooperation between Tajikistan and the United States in the economic, social, investment and humanitarian spheres, as well as promoting contacts and constructive negotiations in the C5+1 format, the Tajik MFA information department added.
