Kazakhstan transfers 100 vouchers for training of IT specialists to Tajikistan

On May 10, Kazakhstan’s Agency for International Development, or KazAID, handed over 100 vouchers to the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Astana for training of IT specialists from Tajikistan under the Human Capital Development Program Tech Orda from Astana Hub.

The KazAID’s official website says the Program  offers active participation of young people from Tajikistan in the Tech Orda Program, which is designed to train IT specialists at advanced private IT schools in Kazakhstan.  

This offer provides unique opportunities for talented young people from Tajikistan to unlock their potential in IT, including web development, cybersecurity, Python development, FullStack development, C# and Data Science, acquiring relevant IT skills.

Kazakhstan, with its high level of digitalization, is ready to share its experience and best practices with other countries in the region.

This initiative is part of the official youth development assistance and support in Central Asia, aimed at strengthening the partnership between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

The Tech Orda program offers a unique opportunity for all citizens of Kazakhstan aged 18 to 45 to acquire IT professions.  

Being implemented at Astana Hub, the Tech Orda program aims to develop human capital in the field of information technology.  It covers a full range of priority sectors, including web development, 3D design, software engineering, mobile application development, as well as areas such as Big Data and Blockchain.  The training is conducted in both the Kazakh and Russian languages, with the duration varying from 6 months to 2 years.

Created by the Government of Kazakhstan, non-commercial Joint-Stock Company Kazakhstan’s Agency for International Development, or KazAID, is the national operator of Kazakhstan in the field of official development assistance (ODA) on implementing the national policy of the country.  The Agency is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
