The Tajik president’s official website says they participated in the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies of a number of construction projects.

They first laid the foundation stone for a future Youth Center, a seven-story building covering 18 acres.  The center will feature modern facilities for youth activities, including meeting rooms, classrooms, and sports areas.

Following this, construction of a three-story state music and drama theater began in in Danghara.  The new theater, designed in the national architectural style, will include four large halls and accommodate up to 1,700 spectators.  The main hall on the first floor, with 1,100 seats, will be equipped with modern technology.

The president and the mayor also reviewed plans for a new secondary school on Oimhol Abdulloyeva Street, designed to accommodate 3,100 students.  The construction of the school will be financed by local residents, including entrepreneurs, and is expected to be completed by the 2026/2027 academic year.

Additionally, the construction of another secondary school in the village of Rakhshonzamin has begun, with support from local entrepreneurs.  This school, designed to accommodate 2,160 students, is planned to be completed by September 2026.

Emomali Rahmon and Rustam Emomali also attended an official opening ceremony of an 18.5-kilometer-long and 6.2-meter-wide road connecting Khusenshaykh and Khurramzamin.  The construction of this road began in February 2024 and this project was financed by local businesses.  The project included the construction of three new bridges and the installation of 15 drainage pipes.

The new two-story school can accommodate 2,160 students, while the kindergarten, which is designed for 100 children, will operate in the state language and offer instruction in foreign languages.
