Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) International Bank of Tajikistan (IBT) has opened its Customer Service Center in the city of Khorog, the capital of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), marking a significant step in the bank’s strategy to expand its branch network and increase the availability of banking services for residents of regional areas.
The new center offers a modern and technologically advanced space, providing customers with a full range of financial services in a comfortable environment.
The opening of this branch is not only a geographical expansion for the bank but also an essential part of its mission to make high-quality, reliable banking services accessible to all, regardless of location.
At the new center, customers will be able to:
· Open debit and credit cards
· Apply for loans
· Make money transfers
· Exchange currencies
· Sign up for mobile banking through IBT24
· Receive consultations on all bank products
The launch of this center is expected to provide significant support for the region’s residents, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking dependable, efficient, and high-quality banking services.
CJSC International Bank of Tajikistan that was established in April 2014 as the microfinance organization “Standart Moliya” (Standard Finance) was upgraded into a commercial bank on February 29, 2016. The bank’s stakeholders include a private company, CJSC Sky Catering, which owns 99.99% of the shares in the bank, and Sherali Kholov, who assumes the 0.01% ownership interest in the IBT.
The IBT, with headquarters in Dushanbe, currently has 18 branches and 20 banking service center in several districts and cities across the country. These are in addition to the headquarters in Dushanbe and a network of 32 ATMs and 29 POS (Point of Sale) terminals. The bank's auditor is BAKER TILLY TAJIKISTAN.
