Ombudsman Apparatus: A soldier Akmal Davlatov died from beating

 A Border Service soldier from Matchoh district Akmal Davlatov, as it was noted earlier in official medical report “died choking on bread,” yet died as a result of beating by junior sergeant of the military unit. It was reported to Asia-Plus in the Ombudsman Apparatus of Tajikistan.

According to this Article, in the case of a guilty plea may be Farrukh Davlatov will be punished by restriction on military service for up to two years or imprisonment for up to 5 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions, “noted in the Ombudsman Apparatus.

Earlier there was the information on Asia-Plus that the body of the deceased Akmal Davlatov was delivered home and transferred to parents on April 19 this year who live in Khatlon region.
