Dushanbe. 21 August. “Asia Plus” — Country”s ruling People”s Democratic Party of Tajikistan (PDPT) conducts republican charity event “The Road to the threshold of knowledge.”

As reported the PDPT spokesman Usmon Soliev, all the regional, city, district and primary parties will help the orphans, children with disabilities and children from low-income families to prepare for the new school year.

“Children from all over the country will be provided with school uniforms, textbooks and other school equipment,” – said Soliev.

He noted that, according to preliminary data, the action will concern more than 15 thousand students of secondary schools throughout the country.

Recall that founded in 1994 PDPT unites more than 250 thousand Tajiks. Chairman of the party is a Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon. About 40 percents of party members are young people.

The vast majority of deputies and members of both chambers of the Tajik parliament, local councils of people”s deputies of the regions, cities and districts of the republic, the government of the country, heads of regions, districts and towns of Tajikistan are the members or nominees of the PDPT.
