place in a new report on the development of human capital in the world (The Human Capital Report 2015). Among the mentioned in the report countries of post-Soviet space, below Tajikistan is located Moldova (171

The report was prepared by the World Economic Forum in cooperation with Mercer. In the annual global research the countries are ranked by the integral index – index of the human capital. It takes into account the standard of life, literacy, education and longevity of the population. In total there are 46 indicators.

Tajikistan, with an index of 67.24 points this year, is located between China and Albania, which took 64

th

and 66

th

places respectively.

Among the countries of Central Asia, the report also present Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, that took the 37

and 44

places respectively.

In the report Estonia takes the 16

place, Latvia – 18
