Filmmakers in Tajikistan have produced a documentary titled "The Birth of Innovation", which explores the startup ecosystem of the country.  The film provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of the startup industry, its key players, and its development prospects.

The project was initiated by blogger and podcaster Umed Rahimov and his team.

The general partner of the project is MegaFon Tajikistan, with support from the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan.

The film features representatives from the Association for Digital Development of the Republic, Tajikistan’s IT Park, Tajikistan Venture Capital, the State Business Incubator, Accelerate Prosperity, MegaFon Tajikistan, Ilmhona, the Artificial Intelligence Council, the EBRD, TechnoHub Dushanbe, and others.

The documentary highlights the key challenges and opportunities within Tajikistan’s startup ecosystem, as well as the needs of tech entrepreneurs. Experts share their insights on trends and opportunities for startups in the country.
