DUSHANBE, July 15, 2009, Asia-Plus — Construction of a new residential complex will begin in Dushanbe in the near future, deputy director of the Agency for Construction and Architecture, Mirzohasan Sultonov, announced at a press conference in Dushanbe yesterday.
According to him, a world class residential complex with its own infrastructure, including apartment buildings, school, kindergarten, shopping center and sports facilities, will be built on an area of 7 hectares grounds near the Youth (formerly Komsomolskoye) Lake.
“The residential complex concept has been coordinated with the Government of Qatar, which will sponsor this project,” Sultonov said.
