Members of a criminal group were arrested in Dushanbe last week in the course of a special operation.
According to Tajik Interior Ministry, the police have arrested a 44-year-old Ruzikul Shoimkulov and a 30-year-old Hurshedjon Holmurodov, both residents of Vakhdat.
“The two are suspected in attack on citizens of China on March 3 in ‘Obshoron’ café when 7 people got multiple injuries,” the source reported.
According to the source, the police have arrested 5 suspected attackers on March 24 and March 25.
The police reported that the leader of the group, a 42-year-old resident of Vakhdat Hudainazar Odinaev, was neutralized in Dushanbe bus station in the course of the arrest.
